Janice Boyd, Phyllis Melhorn, Jan Crim, Simone Sudduth, and Sharon Crisler were students and Honorary Cadet Captains at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) in the mid 1960s. In 1966-1967 Janice Boyd was a Brigade Hq. and Hq. Co. First Battalion Sponsor, Phyllis Melhorn was a C Co. First Battalion Sponsor, Jan Crim was a Ranger Company Sponsor and Honorary Cadet Major, Simone Sudduth was an E Co. Second Battalion Sponsor, and Sharon Crisler was a Brigade Staff Cadet Colonel Sponsor. All are shown here standing together outside Self Hall in uniform.
