Description
Dr. Henry Clifton Pannell, a normal school graduate of 1918, was the Jacksonville High School principal beginning in 1925. Pannell Hall at Jacksonville State Teachers College, a two story men's dormitory built in 1946-1947, was named in his honor. Shown construction progresses on an addition to Pannell Hall. (circa 1954)
