Sharon Carlisle was a student and Miss Mimosa candidate at Jacksonville State University in 1967-1968. 25 Beauties competed for the 1968 Mimosa title in a competition held January 4, 1968. Carlisle was named as 1968 Miss Mimosa. She was also the Phi Mu Alpha Sweetheart.
