Jeanie Bailey was a student at Jacksonville State University in the late 1960s. She was named 1968 Miss Homecoming on October 23, 1968 during an assemby in Leone Cole Auditorium. Here she is standing on stage with her escort while being crowned by the 1967 winner, Jan Garner.
