Description

Cadet Colonel John Patterson was selected as the most outstanding Jacksonville State University cadet for his leadership at Summer camp in 1966. He received the first annual award from the Northeast Alabama Retired Officers Association. Here the award is being presented by Colonel Walter Ogilvie who was chairman of the awards committee and also a JSU professor.
