Cadet Lieutenant James Jeffery and Cadet Lieutenant Larry Hancock were both ROTC cadets at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) selected for entrance into a new two year ROTC program by the Department of the Army. They were recommended by a board of officers for this nomination. Here they both stand together inside holding a map or brochure with Colonel George D. Haskins. (circa 1966)
