"The Woman is Required to Pay," known as TWIRP, was the designated theme of Jacksonville State University Student Government Association's Leap Year Dance held February 21, 1968 in Leone Cole Auditorium. The "Bleus" were featured at the dance. Shown a female student, Lorraine Webb, is paying the bill as her date eagerly stands watching.
