The annual ROTC Awards ceremony was held outside at Jacksonville State University on May 17, 1967. The Cadet of the Year Trophy was presented to Private Leonard R. Messer, standing middle left. The cadet non-commissioned officer award of the year was presented to Sergeant Hugh Bryant, standing far right. Far left male is unidentified.
