Alpha Xi Delta Sorority inititiated charter and pledge members in ceremonies at Jacksonville State University March 1-3, 1968. Standing right are Dean Theron Montgomery and Assistant Professor Hazel Hicks. Mrs. Hazel Hicks was an alumna of Alpha Xi Delta and sponsored the sorority. National officers and members of other chapters were also on campus.
