Taken by A.D. "Gus" Edwards when he was about 12 years old is a snowy scene of the Burke Estate from the south porch of the Edwards home. The Edwards home was located where the International House now stands. Shown left in the far distance is the barely visible Burke home. Shown in the center are the well house and the cottage that were to become the home of the International House program in its second year. Shown right is the barn. The original was courtesy of A.D.
