Lieutenant Governor Albert Brewer visited Jacksonville State University's International House in the winter of 1968. Brewer was speaker for the monthly dinner forum on the topic of "State Governments in the United States." Shown in the middle, Brewer stands with President Houston Cole (middle left), J.M.
