Description
On January 24, 1966 twenty-five city and county school superintendents met at Jacksonville State University and formed an informal organization set to meet twice a year on campus. Superintendents from the Jacksonville district of 17 counties were invited to join these meetings. Shown is from the 1967 summer superintendent meeting. An unidentified male is speaking from behind the podium.
