Description

Carl H.C. Anderson was the Assistant Band Director of the Southerners Marching Band at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) in the 1960s. He and another unidentified man are shown outside working on the marching drill. Several Marching Ballerinas are shown standing in the background.
