Description

Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) competed for and won the Alabama Collegiate Conference (ACC) football title. It was a 6-0 win against Florence State that won them the ACC Champion title in the fall of 1965. This was the Gamecock's second straight ACC championship. Here the 1965 ACC trophy is displayed on a table.
