In 1965 Governor George Wallace visited Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) on Governor's Day. Here Governor Wallace, President Houston Cole, and other dignitaries are standing together outside watching the parade of ROTC cadets given in the Governor's honor. Students are pictured in the background also.
