Description
Performed: 25 February – 6 March 1994; Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe's "My Fair Lady" was based on George Bernard Shaw's play "Pygmalion." It tells the story of Eliza Doolittle, a Cockney flower seller who is transformed into a member of upper-class English society by Professor Henry Higgins. The play was directed by Wayne Claeren, costumes by Freddy Clements, set design by Carlton Ward, lighting by David Keefer, choreography by Barry Mundy, vocal coaching by Jane Holloway, orchestra direction by Carl Anderson, rehearsal and performance accompanist was Jan Rhodes, stage management by Mishia Edwards, and assistant stage management by Thomas F. Millington. Shown is the costume sketch for Mrs. Higgins, Act I; Sc 10, 11. This item is contained within the Clements drama production materials.
