Description

Brig. Gen. Cary Hutchinson of Fort Riley, KS presented Ernest Stone, former president of Jacksonville State University, with the Distinguished Civilian Service Award for outstanding leadership contributions. Kitty Stone, wife to Dr. Stone, was also honored for her efforts on behalf of the ROTC program and was presented with roses. (circa September 29, 1981)
