A presentation ceremony was held March 29, 1973 at the Jacksonville State University International House as part of the General John H. Forney Historical Society annual meeting. A portrait of Annie Rowan Forney Daugette was presented to Jacksonville State by the General John H. Forney Historical Society. Shown standing are Rankin M. Daugette and Mrs. Archibald Rutledge, Jr. entertaining Mrs. Lida Chamberlain and Mrs. Marie Albright. Seated forefront is Mrs. Peggy Wooster. Seated background is Mrs. Worden Weaver.
