Description

A President's Council was formed in 1950 at Jacksonville State College under the sponsorship of the Student Government Association. Presidents of all the campus organizations make up the members of the President's Council. Shown from left are Amy Williams (scribe), Sarah Sharp Owens (reporter), Betty Morgan (senior counselor), Libby Wilson (bursar), Lloyd Rains (junior counselor), and seated is J.M.
