Description
Classroom teachers from all of Alabama met at Jacksonville State College October 27-28, 1950 for the first state planning conference of the Division of Classroom Teachers. The first general session was held October 27 in the library of the Jacksonville High School. Panel discussion was held with Mrs. Jessie Fugett, leader, and panel members Mrs. Ruth Carlisle, Tom Malone, Mary Titus, Mrs. Mamie Steger, Virginia Prater, Mrs. John Nash, Mrs. Mary Newton.
