The Commencement Committee is an ad hoc University committee under the Division of Academic Affairs. Its charge is to plan and execute the commencement ceremonies to be held each term. Subcommittees include: Executive Committee; Guest Accommodations; Ceremony Setup and Take Down, Safety, Parking & Shuttles; Ceremony Coordination; Communication Plan; and Graduate Ceremony.
