Description

Twenty-seven students at Jacksonville State University were commissioned through the ROTC program in ceremonies held May 1, 1987 in the Lurleen B. Wallace College of Nursing auditorium. Shown an unidentified candidate receives commissions during the ceremony. Looking on are Col. Allan Borstorff and SGM Richard Tatum, Professors of Military Science.
