Two military men are shown during a National Society of Scabbard and Blade special event. Dressed in uniform with the name plate of "Falkenberry" is seated the man at left. Lt. Col. William Falkenberry was the first president of the Scabbard and Blade Endowment Resource (SABER), sponsored by the National Society of Scabbard and Blade. USAF Major General Edward A. McGough III, dressed in uniform with a ribbon "Guest," is the man standing at the podium. (circa 1968 or after)
