Description

Performed: 4-7 December 1986; Lorraine Hansberry's "A Raisin in the Sun" was Broadway's longest running black play which was set in Chicago's southside ghetto in the 1950s. The costumes were designed by Alice Morton, scenic design by Carlton Ward, stage management by Pearl Williams, and lighting by David Keefer. This item is contained within the Theatre & Film Production Archive.
