Description

Performed: 25-28 May 1995; Joan Vail Thorne's "The Exact Center of the Universe" was the winner of the 1994 Southern Playwrights' Competition. The play is set in a Southern town in the 1950s and 60s. It celebrates Southern womanhood as the three main characters are women with great spirits. The play was directed by Susan McCain, produced/scenic design by Carlton Ward, costume design by Jennifer Jacobs, lighting and sound design/technical direction by David Keefer, stage management by Ashley Pendley and Douglas A. Millington (assistant), faculty costume advising by Freddy Clements, costume shop managed by Joyce Tate, box office managed by Jan Rhodes. This item is contained within the Clements drama production materials.
