Retired Maj. John Turner was director of the television project and radio station faculty advisor at Jacksonville State University in 1976. Turner had an MS degree in library science with specialization in television. He taught courses in TV production and radio broadcasting. Shown he is seated in the WLJS-TV studio. (circa October 18, 1976)
