The Alabama Federation of Women's Clubs and District 238 Rotary International presented scholarships for Jacksonville State College international students at a tea held October 21, 1956. Shown from left are Ralph Porch (Rotary representative), Mohammed Boutaleb (Rotary scholarship recipient), and Col. Harry M. Ayers (chairman emeritus of the International Endowment Foundation).
