The convention of the Alabama Chapter of the American Association of Teachers of French was held at Jacksonville State Teachers College October 30 - November 1, 1947. Shown His Excellency, Monsieur Henri Bonnet, French Ambassador to the United States, stands at the railing of the Bibb Graves Hall porch addressing those gathered on campus. (circa October 30, 1947)
