Description

Weatherly Hall, a women's dormitory, was originally built in the late 1910s. It caught fire and burned soon after its original completion and also was taken down sometime after the mid 1930s and replaced with the building shown here which resided on Trustee Circle. This dormitory was named after Florence Weatherly who was a teacher and secretary to President Daugette. Weatherly Hall was razed, or completely destroyed, in 2003. Shown in the background is Rowan Hall, named after Carrie P. Rowan. (circa 1966)
