The Morgan Literary Society was formed once the Calhoun Literary Society grew enrollment and divided membership. The Morgan Literary Society was named for former Alabama Senator, John T. Morgan. Shown is E.L. Woolley, a member of the State Normal School Morgan Literary Society of 1912.
