Description

Dr. Richard S. Magee speaks at Jacksonville State University in favor of chemical weapon demilitarization. This speech was given as part of an incinerator debate. Dr. Magee was a professor of mechanical and chemical engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a member of the National Research Council's Committee on Review and Evaluation of the Army Chemical Stockpile Disposal Program.
