Thirteen advanced ROTC cadets received commissions into the U.S. Army on May 30, 1970 at Jacksonville State University. The commissioning exercise was held in the Student Commons building. Major John Reichley and cadets stand with hands raised during an oath. Identified far left is David Kinsaul.
