Col. Forrest Wells, head of the Jacksonville State University ROTC, shakes hands with and presents Cadet Lt. Col. Donald F. Burns with an award. Lt. Col. Burns was presented with an award for excellence in Military Science. Standing right is Cadet Captain Keith W. Letcher who was presented the Gold Citation for having an outstanding marching unit in the homecoming parade. (circa January 18, 1970)
