Description

ROTC Awards were presented by Lieut. Col. Robert C. Raleigh, commanding officers of the unit, during ceremonies held May 10, 1951 in the football stadium at Jacksonville State College. Harvey E. Stewart received the Scabbard and Blade watch, James T. Heathcock received the Combat Forces Artillery Medal, Talmadge Spurlock received a rifle from the Anniston American Legion Post, and Jack B. Stewart received a rifle from the Jacksonville American Legion Post.
