Jacksonville State College Alabama History students sponsored a forum in which they invited Fred Taylor, Birmingham newspaperman, and Reese White, former representative who was a member of the Legislature, to speak with them. Shown from left were President Houston Cole, Reese White, Mrs. Nelson Abercrombie, publisher of The Birmingham Messenger, Fred Taylor, and J.M. Anders, teacher of their history classes.
